Dominique Craig is the co-founder, treasurer and strategic advisor. He is responsible for financing and other fiscal management strategies. He performs administrative and operational duties for the company when delegated by the President and provides ongoing strategic advise. Dominique possesses management and leadership skills. He is a United States Army Veteran and holds a Pharmacy Technician degree as well as a degree in Helicopter Maintenance.

Joshica Kiah Craig is an Air Force veteran, natural hair advocate, author and CEO of JOSHICA BEAUTY. Joshica began JOSHICA BEAUTY with a purpose-driven mission: to empower black women everywhere to not only embrace their natural hair but love their natural hair and begin living unapologetically. Featuring a luxurious line of 100% natural hair care, soaps, body oils, and lip products; the JOSHICA BEAUTY line is designed to enrich and nourish natural hair, moisturize the body, and empower the mind.

The Maryland Women’s Business Center (MWBC) works with women entrepreneurs across the state by way of our three locations to start, sustain, and grow their businesses. Through workshops, individual counseling, facilitated peer group support, special resources, and access to capital, MWBC annually helps more than 1,500 women gain the skills, connections, and confidence necessary to navigate entrepreneurship. Men are also welcome at workshops and training sessions.

Pacific Coast Regional (PCR) is a private, non-profit corporation founded in 1977 to assist small business owners in becoming successful members of the Southern California business community. Through contracts with the Federal Government, the State of California, and partnerships with private institutions, PCR provides financial, educational and consulting services. In addition, PCR has been certified by the U.S. Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Their primary goal is to help the small business owner succeed.
