The JOSHICA BEAUTY "Be Naturally Free", self-esteem project is to encourage young black women to love their natural hair and be confident with their natural beauty.
Our mission is to ensure that the next generation of black girls grow up knowing how to care for their Afro-textured hair and have a positive self-image.
"Be Naturally Free" is a self-esteem-building program designed to help young girls improve their emotional well-being and confidence. The program utilizes evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness, positive affirmations, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to empower users to embrace their unique qualities and strengths. Through interactive exercises and personalized coaching, "Be Naturally Free" aims to help young girls cultivate a positive self-image and overcome negative self-talk. Whether they struggle with low self-esteem or simply want to boost their confidence, "Be Naturally Free" can help them unlock their full potential and thrive.
