We're back! After a long break, Joshica Beauty is back in business, and all your favorite Joshica Beauty natural hair and skincare is back! You might have been wondering where I've been all this time, well I've been taking time out for myself and my family. I decided I needed to take a break from social media, work, the stress and the pressure of running a business. I took this time to reflect, and find ways to manage my work life balance I have to be away for so long I'm ready to return this time I'm seeking help from my team and finding a good balance to keep me from getting overwhelmed. Managing a business can be very challenging, especially when you have young children at home that you also have to manage and try to find ways of setting a schedule and staying organized in order for everything to run a lot smoother. Not to say that everything was hectic because I also enjoy being in business and their are days when it is a lot of fun but learning to manage it without getting burnt out is something that I always have to balance.

Also, after the COVID-19 pandemic quarantine I have been ready to get back to work and get Joshica beauty back up and running. I think one of the lessons that we've all learned from the global pandemic is that we need to take time out for ourselves to practice some self-care and personal development and continue to build relationships with the people who matter the most.
